August 2025 Member’s Meeting Minutes
Minutes read in July meeting.
CALLED TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by Stephanie Jenkins at 7:40pm. There were 5 members present. The pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all sick, passed, and always remember our military.
Requests was made for the minutes be given from July meeting to be given:

Request was made for the treasurer report from July meeting to be given:

Request was made for a report to be given from the July Board meeting.

Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed and your camper and grounds cleaned there is a $40.00 mowing fee that will be added to your lot rent.
Call for Old Business:
The signs are done we need the poles and the places we want to put them.

Listed below are the calls made to have the lots mowed or cleaned up.
#18 mowed, #23 mowed, #15 mowed, #17 mowed and cleaned up, #30 and #31 mowed.
Andy is coming up with a letter for the club to help get sponsors for the next golf outing.
Oct. 18th Adult Halloween Party 6pm. Dinner starts at 6:30 club providing the meat bring a dish
Nov. 8th Left, right, center & Bingo with soup and chili contest. Starting at 6pm.
