June 2025 Members meeting
Minutes read in May meeting.
CALLED TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by President Barb Applewhite at 7:40pm. There were 11 members present. The pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all sick, passed, and always remember our military.
President requests a report be given from May minutes to be given:

Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed (grass or weeds no longer than 6 inches) there is a $40.00 mowing fee that will be added to your lot rent.
Call for Old Business:
The extension are in for raising the shelter house. We need now the labor.
The signs are done we need the poles and were we want to put them.
A big thank you goes out to Kim & Ted for cleaning out the club gutters and Steve & Dale for spraying all the gravel for weeds.
Call For New Business:
Things that we still need to get fixed or replaced.
Entrance gate.
Playground equipment needs a look over for repairs and safety.
Raise the shelter house.
The Board had to charge one person for cutting their grass. Please keep your lot , Campers and equipment in a clean and working order.
The Board has asked the members for a guide lines on the flooding of the camp grounds. The Board will present at the next meeting.
The corn-hole tournament winners were Andy Haddix and Billy Behymer. The fundraiser brought in $70.00.
The Dinner was a big hit and had over 50 people. The Bingo was also a big hit with the club making $330.00.

July 5th - River Sand Bar Party. Looking at cooking a HOG and fun & games in the river.
August 2nd - Back-to-School Bash for the kids. Starting at 1pm

Oct. 18th - Adult Halloween Party 6pm. Dinner starts at 6:30 club providing the meat bring a dish
Oct 25th - Hay Ride for the Kids
Nov. 8th - Soup & Chili Contest - Will be playing Left, right, center & Bingo. Starting at 6pm.
Dec. 13th - Breakfast with Santa 9am to 11am
