November 2025 Member’s Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Barb Applewhite at 7:35pm. There were 9 members present.  The pledge of allegiance was said.  We took a moment of silence for all that is sick, passed, and always remember our military.

Requests was made for the minutes to be given from Last meeting:

•  Andy Haddix read the minutes.         

Request was made for the treasurer report from last meeting:

Request was made for a report to be given at the last Board meeting.

• Andy Haddix Gave a report.

 Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed and your camper and grounds cleaned there is a $40.00  fee that will be added to your lot rent.

 Call for Facility Report

• Monthly rentals coming:   Nov 22nd, Nov 23rd,  Nov 27th, Dec 6th, Dec 13th, Dec 20th , Dec 24th

•  Year 2026  April 5th, June 6th , Nov 26th and Dec. 24th

   Call for Old Business

• The signs are done we need to hang by Dale Jenkins. One on the East side gate.  One on the Entry gate. And one on each side of the entry way.

• Andy is coming up with a letter for the golf sponsors.

• Board members terms are up, Stephanie Jenkins, Andy Haddix, Erik Applewhite, Jerry Haddix and Nick Newland. All said they would run again.

• Andy Ask for all board members to come up with 5 things they would like to see the club get fixed or new projects.

• Memberships ask to have the membership meeting first then the board meeting.

• Dale is looking into seeing what the cost of getting internet.

• Went over Membership cards

• We had two new members approved, Harold Humerick, Jamie Haddix

 Call For New Business

• Starting in January 2026, we will be texting all members instead of e-mail. Please make sure that Andy has your mobile phone number to sign-up for texting.

• The boat ramp needs to be repaired.

• Lot 20 need to have the decking fixed or taken out. Looking for medal stair be donated

• New projects the membership would like to see done:

  • All river decks need to be looked at for safety.

  • Playground equipment, look over for repairs.

  • Horseshoe pit

  • Internet

  • Electric Gate

  • Community fire pit

  • Security Cameras

  • Mail room floor painted.

  • New shower and paint rest room

  • Pool table
