March 2026 Member’s Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Barb Applewhite at 7:35pm. There were 7 members present. The

pledge of allegiance was said. We took a moment of silence for all that is sick, passed, and always remember

our military.

Requests was made for the minutes to be given from Last meeting:

• Andy Haddix read the minutes.

Request was made for the treasurer report from last meeting:

• Andy Haddix read the treasurer report.

Request was made for a report to be given at the last Board meeting.

Just a friendly reminder, if you don’t keep your lot mowed and your camper and grounds cleaned there is a

$40.00 fee that will be added to your lot rent.

Call for Facility Report:

• Monthly rentals coming: March 14th , April 5th , June 6th , Nov. 1st , Nov 26th , Dec. 19th and Dec. 24th

Call for Old Business:

• Memberships ask to have the membership meeting first then the board meeting.

• Dale is looking into seeing what the cost of getting internet.

Call For New Business:

• Electric to the campers might need to be upgraded.

• New projects the membership would like to see done,

1. All river decks need to be looked at for safety.

2. Playground equipment, look over for repairs.

3. Lower shelf in kitchen or put in the same stainless-steel shelves on the outside.

4. Fix drain in kitchen.

5. Electric Gate

6. Community fire pit

7. Security Cameras

8. Mail room floor painted.

9. New shower and paint rest room

10. Pool table

11. Horseshoe pit

12. Internet

Dates to Remember:

• March 7th: Euchre tournament 6pm. Bring a snack and your own drinks

• March 18th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• April 15th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• April 18th: CLEAN UP DAY at 9am. To 4pm Help with the projects needed fix for the club. Also, have a pitch-in dinner, bring a dish, eat at 6pm. Club bring the meat.

• May 9th: Bingo at 6pm Bring a snack and your own drinks

• May 20th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• June 13th: Euchre tournament at 6pm. Bring a snack and your own drinks

• July 4th: Fireworks at the river. Pitch-in dinner at 6pm bring a dish, club getting the meat. Fireworks at dusk.

• July 15th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• August 1st: Back to school, fun house and games for the kids!

• August 15th: Golf Outing 8am At Clifty Creek golf course.

• August 19th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• September 5th: Corn-hole tournament follows by dinner at 6pm bring a dish, club doing hamburger and hot dogs.

• September 16th: Board meeting then Members meeting

• October 10th: Adult Halloween party 6pm dinner so bring a dish, club will supply the meat.

• October 14th Boad meeting then Members meeting.

• October 17th: Kids hayride and trick or treat. Dinner starts at 6:30pm club doing Hamburger and hot dogs bring a dish and candy for the kids

• November 7th: Bingo at 6pm bring a snack and your own drink.

• November 11th: Board meeting then Members meeting. 2027 membership available.

• December 9th: Voting from 11am to 7pm. 2027 membership are due.

• December 12th: Breakfast with Santa 9am to 11am
