Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order by Barb Applewhite at 7:35 PM, with 20 members present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence for those who are sick, those who have passed, and our military members.

A request was made to read the minutes from the last meeting.

Lot Maintenance Reminder
Members are reminded that lots must be mowed and campers and grounds kept clean. Failure to maintain these areas will result in a $40.00 fee added to the lot rent, along with a written warning.
Members who receive three warnings within one year will lose their lot.
Old Business
The following projects were not completed during the April 18th Cleanup Day:
All river decks need to be inspected for safety.
Investigate why the electricity is popping from Lot A to Lot 9.
Stephanie is looking on the internet for the club.
Jason Anderson requested that the club investigate installing an electric gate at the campsite. He also requested that all lot owners be required to attend at least three meetings per year or give up their lot.
New Business
The following changes will take effect on January 1, 2027:
Membership Dues: Increased from $20.00 to $25.00.
Lot Rentals (C & D): Increased from $20.00 to $25.00 for members. Non-member rental rates will be $35.00.
Clubhouse Rental: Increased from $200.00 to $300.00. Member rates remain unchanged.
Lot Rent: Increased from $50.00 to $60.00.
Board Meeting Attendance Requirement: The number of meetings required to serve on the Board increased from four to five per year.

2027 membership cards are due.

Breakfast with Santa, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
